INVOICE/BILLING POLICY
All Invoices are due upon receipt. NO PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED OUT UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED/CLEARED.
AFTER 60 DAYS from the date of Invoice. If not paid, it is considered abandoned and RedBear Stippling LLC has legal rights to these parts, firearms, or any product listed on the invoice that was abandoned.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING PROCESS for Stippling or Custom work.
* You can ship your firearm directly to us because we possess a FFL.
* When shipping, please include a legible copy of your ID (Drivers license, military id, or passport). We are required by law to ship to the address listed on your ID.
* Please ship your firearm via FedEx or UPS
* Please package your frame/parts well. Wrap all parts so they are not harmed during travel.
* Standard return shipping is free. But, if you send your gun in a case, need expedited shipping, or signature required additional fees will apply.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within the quoted timeframe for completion of services using the following carriers: USPS, FEDEX . To return your product, you should mail your product to: RedBear Stippling 546 Palm Dr SE Aiken SC 29803. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
Our refund policy is All Sales Final on frame packages where the work has been completed. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return on goods that we sell other than frames packages, cerakote, and other services performed on customer supplied items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING THE ORDER. THEN ALLOW EXTRA 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
